On Thursday, October 20 Catholic Charities Community Services of Rockland (CCCSR) will host their 20th Anniversary Celebration Dinner at Town & Country at 922 Route 9W in Congers. CCCSR will honor four area individuals and organizations for their support of CCCSR’s mission. The honorees are chosen based on their support of the mission of CCCSR – to build a compassionate and just society. “Each honoree in their own way seeks to serve the needs of the people of Rockland County and to advocate for quality human services and programs that touch human needs,” stated CCCSR Executive Director Martha Robles.
The 2016 HONOREES ARE:
Two Community Service Awards: Jeanine and Ron Stokes of Stokes Farm in Old Tappan, New Jersey
Alex Bursztein of the Legal Aid Society of Rockland, Inc.
Business Community Service Award: Scott Curti of Curti’s Landscaping
Lifetime Volunteer Community Service Award: Marilyn and Don Colucci
The 20th Anniversary Dinner will start with a cocktail hour at 6:00pm and then dinner at 7:00pm. Tickets are available for purchase for $100 each.
