Joe Ruback, known to thousands of New York Giant fans as “License Plate Guy,” hosted a special Pink Fund Tailgate Party Sunday afternoon between at the Clarkstown Mall shopping center in New City. Ruback and co. raised more than $3,000 for The Pink Fund, a non-profit that financially assists local families struggling to cover typical cost-of-living expenses while a loved one goes through breast cancer treatment.
