CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, PETIT LARCENY & CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY

Thomas Hart, 52, residing at 152 Conklin Road, Monroe, NY, was arrested by the Stony Point Police Department on January 10, 2017 for criminal mischief in the third degree, petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, and is a fugitive from justice. The defendant was arrested following an investigation by the Stony Point Police Detective Bureau that revealed the defendant did intentionally damage property, a vending machine, and steal US currency from said machine. Said crimes were committed on October 27, 2016 at 5:03 a.m. Additionally, the defendant is wanted in the State of NJ for a charge of criminal mischief. The defendant was arrested, processed, arraigned and remanded to the Rockland County Correctional Facility pending extradition to New Jersey.
