Open Letter to the Ramapo Planning Department,

The property located at 110 New Pomona Road in unincorporated section of the Town of Ramapo was sold on January 20, 2016.  The seller of this property, the Minisceongo Golf Course, was Eric Bergstol and the reported sale price was $32 million. The buyer of this property is reported to be Mt. Ivy LLC located at 55 Old Nyack Turnpike in Monsey, which is believed to be owned by Congregation Ribnitz Binyan Torah.

This property abuts the Villages of Pomona, Wesley Hills, and New Hempstead all in the Town of Ramapo. Please advise if an application has been submitted for development of this property. And please add my contact information as a concerned resident in the Village of Pomona.
