Rand Commercial announced it has been named as a recipient of a 2016 CoStar Power Broker Award for Sales Transactions in Rockland County, Orange County, and Northern New Jersey (the former two regions are recognized by CoStar as being a part of NNJ). Rand Commercial was one of 20 honorees in this category.
“CoStar is a leading organization in the research of commercial real estate sales, and it’s an honor to be recognized by a group that has been devoted to such work for as long as they have,” said Paul Adler, Esq., regional manager for Rand Commercial.
CoStar has been celebrating the best commercial real estate brokers and firms in the U.S. and Canada for the last 16 years, acknowledging the industry leaders for their achievements in the CRE market. The awards are given to both the firms and individuals who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales and leases in their markets during the year.
