Spring Valley cops want help tracking down sleaze who touched 13-year-old girl at Target

Spring Valley PD has alerted the public that video evidence shows a man inappropriately touching a 13-year-old girl at the Target in Spring Valley Marketplace this Tuesday, August 29.

The victim was looking for make-up in the cosmetics aisle when a male subject approached her from behind and touched her inappropriately. The male then followed her and made contact once again. If anyone can identify the male subject pictured, or has a similar incident, contact Det Freeman of the Spring Valley Police Department at 845-356-7400. 

Police seek to bring a “forcible touching” case against the unknown assailant.
