Over 350 people turned out October 22 for United Hospice of Rockland’s (UHR) Dancing With Our Stars Gala 2017, helping the no-profit raise needed funds.

Local professionals teamed up with professional dancers, wowing the audience. O&R’s Kate Wysokowski and Vasili Platonov won the Judge’s Choice Award while Rockland dentist Dr. Ruba Rizqalla and Ted Postolachi took home the People’s Choice Award.

Hilton Pearl River hosted the gala. Special honorees included Judge Charles Apotheker, Robert L. Fellows and Arlene R. Rodgers.
