ANNUAL GATHERING HELD FOR DESCENDANTS OF HARRIMAN HAMLETS

Pictured are members of the Historical Society of the Palisades Interstate Park Region at their annual Holiday luncheon held at Lynch’s Restaurant in Stony Point, Saturday December 16, 2017. Bulson, Odell, Brooks and Anderson are some members representing former Hamlet families of Sandyfields, Johnsontown, Baileytown and Doodletown. Monthly meetings are held at the Tomkins Cove Library which houses a museum of artifacts from settlers of this region. The museum is open to the public every Saturday from 1-4 p.m. with Walter Luther, chairman in attendance.
