Body recovered in Hudson ID’d as missing man

On Dec. 27, The Orangetown police identified the body of an individual recovered from the Hudson River by the Rockland County Sheriff’s Department as Henry Cadet Jr.

Cadet was last scene on Nov. 25 in the Village of Nyack and had been reported missing and endangered on Dec. 1, according to the Oragnetown Police Department.  Police said the investigation of the cause of death is ongoing and the Rockland County Medical Examiner’s Office will perform an autopsy.
