Hello, Rockland County! I hope you have had a great week and handled the wintry weather well. As we head deeper into February, let us take a look at the forecast!
Friday: Mostly cloudy to overcast. A few afternoon snow flurries or snow showers are possible. Cold, with a high near 25° after a morning low near 12°. Chance of snow is 30%.
Saturday: Cloudy with the chance for rain showers. High near 42° after a morning low near 28°. Chance of rain is 40%.
Sunday: Cloudy with rain. High near 42° after a morning low near 37°. Chance of rain is 70%.
Monday: Mostly cloudy with a few rain showers, possible. High near 40° after a morning low near 31°. Chance of rain is 30%.
Tuesday: Cloudy with a few rain and snow showers. High near 34° after a morning low near 25°. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
Valentine’s Day: Mostly cloudy. A slight chance for a rain shower. High near 43° after a morning low near 33°. Chance of rain is 20%.
Thursday: Partly to mostly cloudy. There is the chance for a storm system to bring mixed precipitation. High near 40° after a morning low near 25°. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
SUMMARY:
A rather damp several days appears to be in store. These days look raw, but cold enough for snow. There is a threat for another storm system next Thursday but it is way too early to determine any further details.
