“Godspell” at Rockland Community College April 12-15

Rockland Community College’s upbeat musical performances of “Godspell” will be featured at the Cultural Arts Theater this month. Evening performances take place April 12-14 at 8 p.m. and a matinee performance takes place Sunday, April 15 at 2 p.m.

Celebrate the innocent exuberance of the 70s as RCC’s Campus Players and Performing Arts bring “Godspell” to Rockland County audiences. Younger generations will appreciate the inspiring musical hits like “Day by Day,” while those who remember the 70s can reminisce about those joyful days of their youth.

“Godspell” originally opened off-Broadway in 1971. The show was conceived and directed by John-Michael Tebelak. Music and new lyrics written by Stephen Schwartz. Original New York stage production by Edgar Lansbury, Stuart Duncan and Joseph Beruh.
