PEABODY AWARD-WINNER ELLIOTT FORREST VISITS NYACK LIBRARY

Nyack NY – Elliott Forrest, the Peabody Award-winning broadcaster and producer, will be the guest speaker at a meeting of the Rockland County Music Teacher’s Guild on April 4 at 10 a.m. at the Nyack Library, 9 South Broadway, Nyack, NY.

Mr. Forrest will share highlights from interviews with celebrities and musical luminaries.  He will also share a behind-the-scenes look at the concerts and shows he has produced for Lincoln Center, the Hollywood Bowl and Classical station WQXR.

Mr. Forrest is the Artistic director of Arts Rock and is currently heard on Classical 105.9FM WQXR and guest hosts on WNYC.  He is the host and producer of the national radio concerts of The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center and Live from Lincoln Center on PBS.
