The Antrim Playhouse on Spook Rock Road in Suffern will have its opening night showing of “The Lion in Winter” on Friday, June 8 and the play will runs through June 24th“The Lion in Winter” is a Tony award winning play and Oscar winning movie. The Fox nighttime soap “Empire” is loosely based on the play, which portrays “the original dysfunctional family.” Not only is there scheming, deception, romance and surprises but there’s also lots of humor.
