The public is cordially invited to enjoy a summer Jazz concert on Saturday, August 18, 2018, at Nyack Public Library Community Meeting Room, 59 S. Broadway, Nyack, NY 10960

The event, “JAZZ ON THE HUDSON”, begins at 6 p.m. and features the dynamic jazz sounds of The Herve’ Alexandre Trio.

A.C.T., Inc. will honor three outstanding individuals:

2018 Excellence in Mentoring Award: Myrnia Bass-Hargrove, Director, Community Relations, County of Rockland

2018 Humanitarian Award: Elizabeth Galderisi-Kohlmeier, Caseworker, Therapeutic Foster Care, Rockland County Department of Social Services

2018 Founder’s Award: Marty Wortendyke, Chairman, Board of Trustees, Rockland Community College

A.C.T., Inc. – Adults Caring for Teens, is a local 501 (c) 3- non-profit organization, specializing in providing programs/services for at-risk youth and families. The agency is 100% volunteer based. Accordingly, all proceeds are used for direct services and programs for our participants.
