Shades Repertory Staging Blackbird by David Harrower

On August 24-25 at 8p.m., Shades Rep will be presenting David Harrower’s 2007 London Olivier Award Winning Play Blackbird. The explosive drama gained critical acclaim long before the #MeToo Movement hit it’s stride. Jeff Daniels and Michelle Williams received raved reviews in the New York City production at the Belasco Theater in 2009.

The play was performed in June at The American Theater for Actors with Nick Pascarella and Gina Sarno in the roles of Ray and Una. The actors will revived there roles in the Shades Rep
production.

There will be guest speakers and Q&A after each performance. Tickets are $18.00 in Advance and $22 at the door.
