The Blauvelt Sons of Italy will host their 9th Annual Italian Feast & Carnival at the Masonic Park fairgrounds in Tappan Sept. 13-16.
This festive celebration of all things Italian will feature plenty of Italian food and live entertainment, as well as midway rides for all ages, carnival games, a nightly casino, favorite fair food and dozens of merchandise vendors.
There’s something for every appetite, including brick-oven pizza made on site, pasta, meatballs, sausage and peppers, seafood specialties, barbecue, zeppole, cannoli, gelato, Italian ices, wine and beer.
Entertainment includes world-renowned tenor Alfio, Italian opera singer Anna Veleva, Italian tenor Anthony Tolve, Sinatra standards singer Steven Maglio and country music artist Lauren Mascitti.
Festival admission is $5 and free for children under 12. There is no charge for parking.
Unlimited ride wristbands (for riders 36 inches and taller) are $25 on Thursday and $30 on Sunday. Ride tickets are $1.50 each, $25 for 20 tickets, or $50 for 50 tickets plus 1 free ride. (Rides take 2 or more tickets each.)
Festival hours are 5 to 11 pm Thursday, 5 pm to midnight Friday, noon to midnight Saturday, and noon to 9 pm Sunday at 89 Western Highway South.

Money raised at the festival benefits Rockland County through the various causes the Blauvelt Sons of Italy, Rockland Lodge 2176 supports and the scholarships it awards to area students.
