Earlier today, officers were called to a residence in Chestnut Ridge for a report of a hawk thats talon got stuck in deer netting. After being harassed by some nearby blue jays, the hawk broke free. Then, it appears as if he sat perched on a tree branch to recover and maybe even plan his revenge.
