Downstate Casino Licensing Delay Extends to 2025

In a March update from the state Gaming Commission, it was revealed that New York will not be considering awarding casino licenses for the downstate region, including New York City, until late 2025. This is a significant delay from the initial expectations of a 2023 decision.
