Dear Editor,

I have been living in Rockland with my wife and son as a South Korean immigrant since 1991. I was so proud of him when he graduated from the Clarksktown School District, because a school provided a better education with great teachers and advanced facilities.   

Recently, I read one of the national newspapers which showed the happiness index of peoples life and our county was among the ten best counties in the United States. I hope that all the county residents enjoy their life especially at this difficult time.
