Pearl River Defeats Nanuet 20 – 18: Little Brown Jug remains in Pearl River

Last Saturday, Pearl River Highschool clinched this year’s Little Brown Jug game defeating rival Nanuet in a close match that ended 20-18. The two-point win is notable as Pearl River stopped three Nanuet two-point conversions in the game, including one with 4:37 left in the fourth quarter when defensive back. 

This is Pearl River’s second consecutive win after their 2023 victory which saw the Pirates triumph over the Nanuet Knights in another  close game which ended 20-17. Saturdays game stands as the Pirates 18th victory in the decades long series which Nanuet leads by a record of 39-18-1.
