Furry Friend of the Week – Cookie

Cookie came to us with her 7 babies when two kind officers rescued them from a not so great situation.  Cookie is sweet as the day is long, she LOVES the humans that take care of her. She’s a bit of a chatterbox – she has plenty to say when she wants attention and/or her meals! Cookie’s large litter meant we had to supplement feed her kittens, but she always stayed close by, hoping to be petted at the same time. Cookie is a very sweet, 1 year old cat who would love to be someone’s couch potato partner. Cookie allows us to clip her nails, groom her, pick her up, medicate her – all without making a fuss.

Cookie and some of her stunning kittens are with us in foster care in New City where she can be visited by appointment.
