Clarkstown Celebrates New Community Garden

Supervisor George Hoehmann and the Town Board have proudly announced the opening of the Central Nyack Community Garden with an official ribbon cutting ceremony. County officials and members of the Central Nyack Civic Association joined the event. This new garden, located at the end of West Broadway and Gillis Avenue, will provide residents with a shared space to grow fresh produce, connect with neighbors, and promote sustainable, healthy living. The garden features raised plant beds, a seating area, and a greenhouse.
