Remembering Anne Tso

On February 27th, Anne Tso, 27, of Pearl River, was found fatally shot and stabbed in her apartment in Philadelphia. Investigators have stated they believe Tso was killed by 30 year old roommate Gabriela Flora-Duncan, who has since been taken into custody and charged with murder and possession of an instrument of a crime. A gun and knife were found at the scene.  

Tso parent’s are Andy and Sandy Tso, owner’s of Pearl River restaurant Ichiban. A GoFundMe page has been started to support the family, and at time of publication has raised almost $16,000. 

Endless comments left under online articles remember a kind, thoughtful, and incredibly intelligent young woman. Many recalled Anne confidently taking orders from behind the counter from as young as five years old. Anne left an indelible mark on her community, and will always be remembered for her dedication to helping others.
