Arrest Made at Stony Point “Spa”

In response to multiple community complaints alleging prostitution-related activity, the Stony Point  Police Department, in collaboration with the New York State Police, conducted an undercover  investigation at Duskhil Spa, located at 54 S. Liberty Dr. Stony Point, New York. As a result of the investigation, Xia Zhang, 41, of Flushing, New York, was arrested and charged with: 

Unauthorized Practice of a Profession (Class E Felony) 

Prostitution (Class B Misdemeanor) 

It is alleged that the defendant solicited an undercover investigator to engage in sexual acts in exchange  for payment and performed massage services without possessing a valid New York State massage therapy  license. The Stony Point Detective Bureau led the investigation and was assisted by personnel assigned to  the Rockland County Intelligence Center. The Stony Point Building Department also issued 15  violations to the defendant. 

The Stony Point Police Department remains steadfast in its dedication to responding to community  concerns and partnering with fellow law enforcement agencies to ensure public safety and maintain the  integrity and standards of our community.

It should be noted that a criminal complaint is merely an accusation, and an individual is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
