China’s anti-monopoly agency has announced an investigation of Microsoft Corp., stepping up pressure on foreign technology companies. The agency said Tuesday it opened a case in June after complaints that Microsoft violated an anti-monopoly law by failing to publish all documentation related to its Windows operating system and Office software. Union officials say Walt Disney World has reached a tentative labor agreement with its largest union group that raises starting hourly pay from a little over $8 to $9 this year.
