The following members of the Clarkstown Police Department received promotions, CPD has announced. Lieutenant Kenneth Smith, Sergeant Stephen Cole-Hatchard, Sergeant Daniel Burke, Sergeant John Fredericks, and Sergeant Earl Lorence.
