THREE ROCKLAND BOCES STUDENTS AWARDED BRINKS SCHOLARSHIPS
High honors for three Rockland BOCES Career and Technical Education Center (CTEC) students who were awarded college scholarships from the O’Grady-Brown Memorial Scholarship Fund.
