Rockland County District Attorney Thomas P. Zugibe this week announced that Holger Lema-Yaucan (DOB 6/20/88) of 281 Saint Nicholas Avenue, Brooklyn, New York pled guilty to one count of rape in the first degree, a class โ€œBโ€ felony.
