Rockland Sheriff’s Office welcomes Roscoe to the team
The newest member of the Sheriff’s Office is K9 Officer Roscoe. Roscoe and his partner Detective Dwayne Defino graduated from the 8-week Accelerant Detection K9 School at the NYS Fire Academy in Montour Falls, NY. The team will be working in the BCI Fire Investigation Unit.
