A staff hand from Naples, Italy stands next to the brand new oven at Tony’s Pizza in Tomkins Cove. The fourth-generation Italian pizza makers recently opened shop, and their slices feature excellent thin-crust flavor. The store has new refrigerators, a new oven, and “new everything.” A second Tony’s Pizza is located in the Bronx.
