WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THIS VILLAGE ANYWAY??
Since the International Food Market went out of business the Village of Spring Valley has allowed their parking lot to become a litter refuge and garbage dump. Where is the health department? Where is the mayor? What a disgrace!
