Barry Weintraub, born in the Bronx and raised in Yonkers and a comic headliner in the U.S.A. along with top comic Wil Sylvance head up the bill, says producer Jamie Rosen. Rob Ryan will be the host and Killer Comedies regular Dan Gutin will be there. Weintraub is a topical comic and tells the Rockland County Times that with Newt Gingrich and the U.S. Congress, Goldman Sachs. et al he has plenty of material.

Weintraub has worked the West and East Coast and has done talk radio, filling in for Colmes of Hanity and Colmes, the National Enquirer show and does Weird News on Huffington Post on the Internet. Weintaub writes his own material and recalls his first gig at Boston University, which he attended. He was all set to go on and be the first comic on a dormitory show when a fire alarm went off. The building was evacuated and later refilled when the fire scare was over and he did his bit.. The judges gave me a 9 9 9 and I was in show business, says Weintraub, in an interview with the Rockland County Times.
