Raise the Roof Event Set for Thiells United Methodist Church

Members of the Thiells United Methodist Church have scheduled the Greatest Little Vendor Fair In Rockand County for March 9(rain/snow date March 16) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., to benefit the Closet Thrift Shoppe, which has been closed several months since Hurricane Sandy came along.

Ann Dacre, Maureen Strongin and Carol Anderson are heading up this group seen at a fair meeting at the Church on Rosman Road in Thiells. Bids have been put out for restoration of the Thrift Shoppe whose roof was caved in by a falling tree. The church was not harmed.
