Drought coming to Piermont and Grandview mid-day Tuesday

United Water will be performing work on a water main in Piermont and Grandview on Tuesday, April 23. This work will require water service to be shut off at about 10 a.m. for the addresses below.

The shut-down is expected to last about four hours. Customers have been notified by phone call.

Piermont:

• 659 Piermont Avenue to 900 Piermont Avenue

• Hester Street (all addresses)
• Orchard Street (all addresses)
• Stevenson Street (all addresses)

Grandview:

• 1 River Road to 316 River Road
•  Bright Lane (all addresses)

Residents should fill containers so they have water during that time.
