CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Joshua White, age 21, residing at 66 Village Mill, Haverstraw, NY, was arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree. The Stony Point Police arrested the defendant after an officer checking a suspicious vehicle discovered a passenger, the above defendant, in possession 16 “decks” of heroin. The defendant was arrested, processed and is currently being held in the Stony Point Police Department lock-up awaiting arraignment.
