Rt. 59 Reopened at College Rd. in Nanuet

10:30 p.m. Clarkstown Police:  As of this time all lanes of traffic on Rt. 59 between College Ave. and Smith St. are open.

The gas spill that took place at 1 p.m. has been adequately cleaned and cleared for traffic to resume.
