CORRECTION

In the November 13 edition of the Rockland County Times a recap of the Stony Point Town Board meeting quoted “The Fonsecas” of Lindbergh Rd. as stating a town official had failed to appear to a court hearing, thus leading to the dismissal of mischief charges against their neighbor Todd Pezzementi. In fact, the Fonsecas clarified it was a District Attorney’s Office who had failed to file an evidentiary motion, leading to an “adjournment in contemplation of dismissal.”
