Troy is Back!

Orangetown Councilman Dennis Troy has recovered sooner than some expected following a nasty spill in the Dominican Republic, which left him in a hospital for multiple weeks.  He was present and active at the Orangetown Board Meeting last Tuesday.  Welcome back Dennis!
