Johnny Rockets, the global restaurant chain, celebrated the grand reopening of its newly designed restaurant at the Palisades Center Mall in West Nyack, with an event benefiting the Boys & Girls Clubs serving the Westchester/Rockland County area. Johnny Rockets is donating 20 percent of sales from its grand opening day event to the organization. Twenty-five Boys & Girls Club members and other children from the local community had the opportunity to go behind the scenes in the open kitchen at Johnny Rockets where they grilled burgers and prepared shakes with Johnny Rocketsโ restaurant team. The restaurant team showed the boys and girls everything that goes into preparing Johnny Rocketsโ world famous burgers and shakes.
The newly remodeled restaurant celebrates a new era for Johnny Rockets, and at the same time leverages the brandโs 30-year history serving its guests. In addition to its burgers and shakes, Johnny Rockets has been known for its 50s diner look and servers in soda fountain uniforms. Fast forward to today and the new design is what the brand refers to as Johnny Rockets Diner 2.0.
The new restaurant design is a modern evolution of the style, experience and the food that have been associated with Johnny Rockets from the day the first restaurant opened in California in 1986. Johnny Rockets fresh, never frozen, 100% beef burgers, hand-spun shakes and much more are made-to-order. The new state-of-the-art kitchen technology makes it possible for the restaurant team to prepare and serve guests at a much faster pace without sacrificing the premium quality of our food. Guests at the Palisades Center Mall who visit Johnny Rockets can enjoy a great meal and still have plenty of time for shopping.
