At the Haverstraw Town Board meeting on Monday evening, March 27 Supervisor Howard T. Phillips, Jr. and the Town Council presented a plaque and certificates to the North Rockland Junior Varsity and Junior Pee Wee Cheerleaders for winning the National, Eastern Regional and Empire State championships.
