FBI issues no further comment on death of Gerard Benderoth

The Rockland County Times requested that the Federal Bureau of Investigations [FBI] divulge further information regarding the circumstances leading to the death of former Haverstraw Police Officer Gerard Benderoth and to clear the air about reports published in several newspapers. The FBI said in response, ” We aren’t able to release anything more…Thanks for checking.”
