Shooting in Spring Valley

We have had a shooting at 1 Municipal Pl this afternoon. A media zone will be set up at 1 s main st next to the jackson Hewitt building. Male victim approximately 30 years old. Victim was conscious at the scene was was taken to Westchester Hospital. No motive as of yet for the shooting. Police are searching for two suspects. No description at this time.
