District 10 Candidate: Ray Francis, Republican/Conservative

The Republican and Conservative legislature candidate for District 10, Ray Francis is focused on tackling the issues facing Rockland County, such as affordability, responsible budgeting and controlled spending and enforcement of building and fire safety codes. He is also focused on protecting single-family zoning and preventing overdevelopment. Lastly, Francis aims to support law enforcement and protect first responders while fostering economic development and supporting the small business community, addressing the fentanyl and opioid crisis and protecting the environment.

 According to Francis, as County Legislator he will “bring a non-partisan, common sense approach to the issues” of Rockland County. He aims to “work closely with County Executive Ed Day to move the county forward.”
