Spring Valley Honors Fallen Hero

To commemorate the sacrifice of Jared Lloyd, the volunteer firefighter who lost his life helping more than 100 elderly and disabled residents escape the inferno that claimed the Evergreen Home for Adults in Spring Valley, the Spring Valley Columbian Fire Company has renamed their headquarters in honor of the fallen hero.

Missing Child Found

Andony Gregorious-Barrios,  a 13-year-old reported missing in the village of Spring Valley on November 2nd, has been located.  The  Spring Valley Police Department extended their thanks to the community for their assistance in finding the young resident.
