The Stony Point Planning Board will begin its public scoping hearing for the Biomass Waste-to-Energy “Gasification” plant being proposed at Holt Drive Industrial Park on Wednesday, February 20. The hearing will take place at RHO Building on Clubhouse Lane and written public comments can be submitted to the board until February 27.
