Storm to hit south of region

Most forecasters now agree the winter storm scheduled for Sunday night into Monday will hit to the south of the region, with heavy snowfall from North Carolina to Philadelphia. The forecast for our region is 2-4″ starting mid-day Sunday ending by noon on Monday.
