At about 2:50 p.m. on July 7, 2013, the Ramapo Police Department arrived at 28 Mallory Drive, Hillcrest. A possible, unattended death had been reported. The responding officers found an unresponsive female. Rockland County Paramedics pronounced her dead at the scene. She was later identified as 33-year-old Blanca Estella-Tobias-Tobias.
