It’s fishing season and Shu Fly, a tackle and fly shop, which opened in October 2006 and relocated two years ago, currently resides at 161 Main Street Nanuet, NY. For all your fishing needs, they are a fully stocked bait and tackle store that sells supplies for fresh and salt water, specializing in fly fishing.

The owner of the shop is Skip Storch, who has completed marathon swims, such as swimming around Manhattan three times. Artan the artisan, an employee at Shu Fly, is a master at fly tying and the shop sells his handmade flies which vary in shape, size and color. The shop which has a wide range of fishing supplies has created their own line of fly rods that are high modulus and low price. The new rods are due out next month.
