(New City, NY) – Supervisor Alex Gromack announced today the Town of Clarkstown is once again offering Clarkstown residents a day of free shredding services on Saturday, June 15, 2013 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (or until the shred truck is full). The event will be held at the Town of Clarkstown Parking Lot located at 10 Maple Avenue, New City.
Residents can bring three small boxes or the equivalent of two Town recycling bins to be shredded by a shred truck in the Town Hall Parking Lot. Proof of residency is required.
“This is a great opportunity to offer residents a convenient way to get rid of all those piles of papers lying around,” said Supervisor Gromack.
