Living Well With Diabetes
Place: Valley Cottage Library, 110 Route 303, Valley Cottage
Day and Time: Tuesdays, from 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Dates: January 13 to February 17, 2015
Better Choices, Better Health
Place: Pearl River Library, 80 Franklin Street, Pearl River
Day and Time: Wednesdays, from 1 – 3:30 p.m.
Dates: February 4 to March 11, 2015
Lose to Win, Weight Loss Program
Place: King’s Daughters Library, 10 West Ramapo Road, Garnerville
Day and Time: Tuesdays, from 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Dates: January 6 to February 25, 2015
